We want to be your base camp for your next adventure in the Smoky Mountains.  It is our goal to make you feel welcome.  We have been very busy updating our facilities to make you more comfortable as well as making it convenient for you.  We have a large facility so people can spread out as well as a large variety of accommodations to include tent camping, water electric sites, full hook ups, bunk cabins with ac/heat and fully equipped cabins.   We are conveniently located to some of the most popular riding areas.  Some are well known and some not so well known. 
A lot of folks are familiar with Deals Gap and the Cherohala Skyway.   We are not far from these popular destinations.  Something really nice about our location and area is that we offer the full range of motorcycle adventure opportunities.  You will find many paved roads to explore without all of the traffic seen in the Deals gap area.   If you are the Adventure rider there are many gravel roads to explore with some of the best scenery the mountains have to offer.  This area also has some of the most challenging Dual Sport Riding you may have ever seen about 15 minutes from the campground.  If you are new to the area and your Adventure or Dual Sport group would like a guided ride  We can handle that also.  Danny (Owner) rides a Dual Sport Bike as well and would be happy to show you around. 
Something else that is nice about our location is that we are convenient to downtown Murphy, NC which offers a wide variety of dining opportunities as well as entertainment. 
If you are looking for other adventures while here you can always go to the Lake a few minutes away, enjoy hiking to some area waterfalls or do some white water rafting just outside of town.
It is important for us to make a good impression and we want your stay to be memorable.  We offer convenience, a fun family atmosphere and a great opportunity for an adventure.
Even if you made other accommodations and are in the area, stop by to introduce yourself.  At the very least you will get to see our place and get a free Tail of the Beaver sticker, which happens to be another story.
